ANSWERS TO SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
My child is shy, will they cope?
Obviously you know your child best, but we find many children who lack confidence really come out of their shells in our summer camps. Our staff work hard to encourage all chidlren to find their inner confidence!
My child has additonal needs, can they still come?
All children are welcome to our Summer Camps, and we do our best to accommodate additional needs. However, we operate with limited staff-to-child ratios and unfortunately cannot offer one-to-one provision. We naturally have to assess whether we can meet specific needs and whether the week would be suitable for an individual child.
Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your child’s particular requirements.
What does my child need to wear?
Participants should wear dance clothing they can comfortably move in - legging, shorts, tracksuit bottomes. We advice wearing layers that can be removed with temperature changes.
Footwear - seperate indoor shoes they can run, dance and play in easily (jazz shoes, plimsolls or trainers are fine).
How much Tuck money should my child bring?
£2 – we have sweets, cakes and a selection of other goodies that are 50p. Please bring a snack, packed lunch and lots to drink to keep hydrated during the day - water will be refilled and free squash available.
Are Mobile Phones permitted?
We strongly suggest they are left at home! Any devices are brought at your own risk, Future Faces will not accept any responsibility for them. The children will not be permitted to take them out of their bag during the day – if there is an emergency, you will be able to contact us on our usual number and we will be able to contact you.
Do I need to buy tickets for the End of week show?
No, entrance to the final performance is free of charge. However, due to space limitations we will restrict seats per child - A seat request slip is issued on the first day.
