Class Subscription & Payment Terms
These terms apply upon enrolment at Future Faces Performing Arts School.
Payment Options
We offer two payment models depending on the class:
- Monthly Subscription
- Classes operate on a rolling 12-month subscription, billed monthly via direct debit on the 1st of each month.
- Subscription fees are calculated based on the number of scheduled classes across the academic year, with closures and bank holidays accounted for.
- Classes run during school term time only, but fees are spread evenly across 12 months — meaning payments continue during school holidays when no classes take place.
- Auto-enrolment applies: your child will remain enrolled in their current class each term unless you notify us of a cancellation or change.
- Termly Block Payments
- Some classes are offered on a termly block basis, with payment due in full at the start of each term.
- These classes are not part of the monthly subscription and must be rebooked each term to secure your child’s place.
- Term dates and fees for block-paid classes are listed on our website and booking pages.
- No refunds are issued for missed sessions, and fees remain payable in cases of absence.
Discounts
- The first child in a family attending one class is charged the standard rate.
- Any additional children booked into the same class receive a 20% sibling discount (applied to the cheapest class).
- Discounts are applied after each child’s standard subscription is set up.
- You will not be charged until the 1st of the following month, once the sibling discount has been processed.
Trial Classes
- Trial sessions can be booked for any available class via our website.
- After your trial, you’ll receive an email invitation from bookings@class4kids.co.uk to accept or decline the class place.
- You have 2 days to respond. If we don’t receive confirmation, your child’s place will no longer be held.
- Please check your junk/spam folder and add bookings@class4kids.co.uk to your address book to avoid missing the invite.
Failed Payments (Subscription Only)
- If payment fails on the 1st, we will retry after 3 days, and again after 5 days.
- If payment is still outstanding by the 14th of the month, your child’s place may be withdrawn and offered to another student.
- Please ensure your payment details are up to date or contact us immediately if you experience issues.
Cover Payment for New Starters
- A covering payment may be added to your first monthly subscription to account for any classes attended before your first payment is processed.
Changes to Fees or Timetables
- If your monthly fee changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice.
- We reserve the right to adjust class timetables without prior notice, though we will inform families as soon as possible.
- Classes require a minimum number of students to run. If a class cannot go ahead, we will notify you promptly.
Cancellation
- While we’re always sad to see a student leave, we understand that circumstances change.
- Existing students are automatically enrolled to new terms, unless the Parent/Guardian/Booker advises us otherwise, in advance
- To cancel your subscription, please email futurefaceslutterworth@gmail.com with your request.
- A minimum of one month’s notice (4 weeks) must be given in writing. Fees remain payable during this notice period, even if your child does not attend.
- Your final payment may differ slightly from your usual monthly amount, depending on your billing cycle.
- Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming the end date of your subscription and any outstanding fees. If you do not receive this confirmation, please assume we have not received your request.
- If you wish to return in the future (we hope you do!), you may be placed on a waiting list, as we cannot guarantee availability in the same class.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching environment for all students:
- Medical Needs: Parents must disclose any medical, physical, or emotional needs prior to enrolment.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Students should arrive promptly, dressed in uniform, and attend regularly.

Smiley Faces Guidelines
We want children to have fun in a structured, nurturing environment.
- Children must be at least 3.5 years old and fully toilet trained to join.
- Separation anxiety is normal — most children settle quickly with encouragement and trust.
- Children should be able to say their name when asked. If not, please introduce them to the teacher on day one.
- Children must follow studio rules: no running, use inside voices, listen to teachers, and be kind to others.
- Parents do not enter the studio at the start of sessions. Children are encouraged to walk in independently with staff support.
- Children may move to Stage School in Year 2, or remain in Smileys until the term they turn 7.
Uniform Policy
- Our uniform reflects the pride and professionalism of Future Faces. It is compulsory for all students.
- For trial classes, children may wear comfortable clothing and soft shoes or bare feet.
- Uniforms are available from our onsite shop: Enchanted Dancewear.
- Students may be refused participation in class, exams, or performances if inappropriately dressed. No refunds will be given.
- Long hair must be tied back. Short hair should be clipped off the face.
- All items, including shoes and coats, must be clearly labelled with a non-washable pen.
Conduct & Behaviour
- All students must behave respectfully and follow teacher instructions at all times.
- Disruptive, unsafe, or unkind behaviour may result in removal from class.
- Repeated breaches may lead to suspension or withdrawal from the programme.
- Parents will be informed of any behavioural concerns and involved in support strategies.
Medical Disclosure
- Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical, physical, or emotional needs prior to enrolment.
- This includes allergies, injuries, long-term conditions, or support requirements.
- Future Faces will make reasonable adjustments to support each child’s safety and wellbeing.
- All disclosures are treated confidentially and in line with our safeguarding policy.
Performances & Examinations
- Students are invited to participate in Future Faces productions.
- If a student does not wish to participate, written notice must be provided.
- Participation requires full commitment to all rehearsals, including additional sessions.
- Failure to attend rehearsals may result in changes to show roles.
- Costumes must be well cared for and returned no later than one week after the show.
- Students may be entered for TRINITY examinations at the teacher’s discretion.
- Exams are not compulsory, and students may attend exam classes without taking the exam.
- Exam fees are payable seven weeks prior to the examination date.
Miscellaneous
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring a class cancellation, we will endeavour to offer a make-up session where possible.
- All workshops, holiday camps, exams, and performances are non-refundable.
- Future Faces Performing Arts School reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly to families.
